Privacy Policy

Todo is a private productivity workspace operated by its account owner. It is not a public service, client portal, or marketing program.

Information used

Todo uses the owner’s sign-in identity, workspace information, configured mobile number, SMS commands, and—only when enabled—Gmail information needed for read-only triage and approved email drafts.

How information is used

Information is used only to provide task planning, owner-requested SMS updates, Gmail triage, and reviewed email drafts. Todo does not sell or rent personal information.

SMS privacy

Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are not shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information only as needed to operate Todo’s owner-requested services.

Service providers and security

Todo uses Google for sign-in and enabled Gmail access, Twilio for SMS delivery, OpenAI for enabled AI processing, and its hosting provider to operate the service. Access is limited to the owner, and connection credentials are stored encrypted where supported.
